You'll provide technical leadership and expertise in designing Appian-based solutions for a workers' compensation healthcare company. You'll drive architecture decisions and mentor teams, creating prototypes and reference architectures. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide architecture leadership and Appian expertise to align solutions with business objectives.
• Design and implement complex Appian-based solutions including case management and integrations.
• Create prototypes, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts leveraging the Appian platform.
• Govern industry, company, and Appian-specific standards and design patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering.
• Experience in leading design and delivery of complex Appian-based solutions including case management and integrations.
• Expertise in database and infrastructure design and best practices.
• Experience with modern Event Driven Architecture, CI/CD, NoSQL, APIs, and Microservices.

• Experience in Healthcare and knowledge of Workers' Compensation industry.
• Proven experience in an influential role delivering Appian-centric solution architecture.
• Ability to lead design and modeling workshops with business and technical teams.
