Requirements

• 5+ years experience in risk management, compliance, or operations
• Experience scaling operational processes with quantifiable improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally on complex problems
• Ability to use data to quantify problems, tell a story, and influence solutions
• Creative thinker with customer perspective, pragmatic and solutions-oriented

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound judgment in high-risk decisions
• Evaluate merchant suitability for processing on Stripe
• Identify trends and report to cross-functional teams to enhance detection systems
• Contribute to projects optimizing due diligence strategy systems and tools
• Identify gaps in systems, policies, and strategies, and recommend process improvements
