💼 About This Role

You'll oversee internal operations for the EMS3/Exton office, leading billing and account integration teams during a period of significant growth. This role drives collaboration with field services to ensure seamless client experiences and supports Metergy's mission of providing accurate utility consumption data. You'll report to the COO with a dotted line to the US President, leading cultural change and optimizing recurring revenue operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop internal operations teams to foster continuous learning.
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, and capacity management for service levels.
• Analyze and optimize internal processes to streamline workflows.
• Own internal operations P&L and manage budgets.

📋 Requirements

• University degree
• Leadership experience through growth and change
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelines
