You'll lead the sales function at Oso, a developer platform for authorization, building and scaling the enterprise sales team. Your core impact will be defining the go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. This role offers the chance to work with top investors like Sequoia and build the sales culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Set quotas, manage pipeline, and review deals
  • Prospect, run discovery, and close enterprise deals
  • Develop outbound strategy and refine pitch

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years in frontline management
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience scaling sales at a pre-Series C startup
