• Manage post-conviction relief cases, including motions to vacate and expungements.
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients on legal strategies.
• Handle open criminal cases including arraignments and pleas.
• Draft legal documents and perform legal research.

📋 Requirements

• Criminal defense or immigration law experience.
• Experience handling criminal cases at state and local level.
• Admitted attorney in California.
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Previous litigation or appellate experience.
• Immigration law experience.
