Description

You will investigate and resolve complex client issues, master SPINS' data platforms, and partner with internal teams to influence product roadmap. Act as the voice of the customer, identify scaling opportunities, and stay current on natural products industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a client-facing analytical or support role
  • Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and data relationships
  • CPG/data fluency or eagerness to learn rapidly
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex client issues from intake through resolution
  • Master SPINS' data platforms (Point-of-Sale, Panel, eComm)
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to solve technical issues and influence product roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to scale support through training, documentation, and automation
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing product improvements
