🎯 What You'll Do

• Uphold and train team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling customer experience.
• Drive own and team's performance to achieve KPIs (OPH, NPS, SPH).
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and back-of-house order fulfillment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
