You'll provide 1:1 occupational therapy in patients' homes with flexible per diem scheduling. You'll reduce patient hospital readmissions and improve independence through personalized care plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations of functional status and ADL performance
• Develop individualized intervention plans for favorable outcomes
• Assess home environment for hazards and barriers
• Document observations and interventions using electronic records

📋 Requirements

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year recent work experience as OT
• Graduation from an accredited OT program
• Ability to travel locally to patient cases
