💼 About This Role

You'll join Hiive's operations team as a trusted partner to revenue-generating teams, owning the systems that power their work end-to-end. You'll scope, build, and scale automated workflows while bridging strategic intent and technical execution. This is a high-leverage role in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as operations partner to assigned GTM team, understanding workflows and KPIs
• Scope, implement, and administer critical systems like Outreach, Customer.io, or Pitchbook
• Own Salesforce work including reports, dashboards, flows, and validation rules
• Partner with GTM engineers to implement AI workflows for automation

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in revenue operations or analytical GTM role at high-growth startup or fintech
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering business systems end-to-end
• Strong Salesforce skills including reports, dashboards, flows, and validation rules
• AI-native mindset with active use of AI tools to accelerate workflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or marketplace with capital markets or trading exposure
• Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance in sales context
• Prior depth in outbound/lifecycle, market intelligence, or workflow systems
