🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for dining and account requests.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via Zendesk and Slack.
• Coordinate reservations and special requests with precision.
• Troubleshoot account and billing issues with a solutions-first mindset.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of client service in luxury dining, hospitality, or financial services.
• Exceptional track record of VIP-level service delivery.
• Excellent multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Core Credit platforms.
• Experience in luxury brand environments.
• Prior experience managing video consultations.
