You'll maintain a safe and efficient workplace by performing daily facility checks, light maintenance, and vendor coordination. Your proactive problem-solving will keep critical building systems running smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience in facility operations for a global outsourcing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and inspect all floors daily, ensuring operational areas are in order
• Complete daily facilities checklists, including pantry and equipment checks
• Perform light maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, and locks
• Coordinate and supervise vendors onsite for repairs and projects

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in facilities or building operations
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to lift up to 40-60 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Familiarity with BMS and CCTV systems
