💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Paytm's Cross Border Payments platform, driving import/export flows, multi-currency acceptance, and settlement orchestration. You'll lead integrations with sponsor banks and FX partners to design scalable, compliant payment features. This role offers high impact in India's largest digital lending ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for cross-border payments
• Lead integrations with sponsor banks, payment networks, and FX partners
• Design scalable settlement, reconciliation, and payment features
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in payments infrastructure
• Prior experience in acquiring, PSP, gateway, issuing, or global fintech environments
• Deep understanding of cross-border payment rails, FX mechanics, and banking integrations
• Strong execution focus in complex, high-scale environments
