Description

As Creative Director for Wild Rift, you will define the game's creative vision, synthesize Art, Audio, Narrative, and UX into a cohesive player experience, and align global teams including Tencent to ensure every touchpoint feels authentic and immersive.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in gaming
• 5+ years managing diverse creative team members across Art, Audio, Narrative, UX
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete frameworks
• Expert-level stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of mobile platform constraints

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize the Creative Direction Artifacts (Tone Maps, Pillar One-Pagers, Visual Design Systems)
• Synthesize Art, Audio, Narrative, and UX into a unified voice
• Align creative vision with Tech, Production, and Publishing
• Partner with Tencent and regional leads for global co-creation
• Build scalable creative playbooks and rituals for team alignment
