You will build and own the full people function at a fast-growing AI startup, designing and executing a people strategy that supports a high-performing, inclusive workforce. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who thrives in startup environments.
Requirements
- 8-12 years progressive HR experience, 3+ at Director level in high-growth SaaS/startup
- Proven ability to build and scale HR programs from ground up
- Broad HR generalist expertise across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
- Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance, especially in New York
- Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve people strategy across full employee lifecycle
- Lead talent acquisition for technical, GTM, and operational roles
- Design onboarding programs that reinforce culture
- Build performance management frameworks including goal-setting and review cycles
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs
