You will partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to drive people strategy, coach managers, and strengthen core people infrastructure in a fast-growing healthcare organization. Your work will directly support team effectiveness and organizational health, ensuring clarity and consistency as we scale.

Requirements

• Experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a fast-growing organization
• Ability to partner with clinical and operations leaders
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Experience with performance management and employee relations
• Ability to work PST hours

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to drive people strategy
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
• Own or support programs like performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and organizational planning
• Lead and support cross-functional people initiatives
• Strengthen people infrastructure to support scaling
