🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support for school cases and the school team
• Oversee multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, and operations staff
• Analyze cancellation and utilization data and problem-solve
• Conduct monthly onsite visits to provide hands-on support

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience in ABA, healthcare, or clinical operations
• Passion for building teams and developing people
• Experience managing operations and improving systems
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and ability to learn new systems
