Description

You will lead the engineering team responsible for Brex's GTM Engineering surfaces, enabling the growth engine across Marketing, Sales, and self-serve funnels. This role focuses on building and optimizing the marketing website, GTM applications, top-of-funnel experiences, and AI-powered systems to increase efficiency and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers in a high-growth environment.
• Experience architecting and building growth surfaces or marketing engineering systems.
• Strong frontend, data, and backend fundamentals, with experience in modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product engineers, fostering career development through coaching and feedback.
• Drive architectural vision, technical roadmap, and project execution for Brex.com, GTM applications, and growth systems, ensuring scalability and security.
• Champion AI-native solutions within Marketing, Sales, and Operations workflows to drive efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Growth to translate business needs into engineering backlog, owning business metrics like CAC and conversion rates.
• Own operational excellence, managing sprint capacity, removing blockers, and ensuring high-velocity delivery.
