Description

You will perform credible chattel evaluations for internal and external clients by applying USPAP standards. You'll inspect assets, conduct market surveys, and produce reports to support valuation of agricultural machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years related chattel experience
• Knowledge of agricultural production technologies and trends
• Working knowledge of USPAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, word, spreadsheet)

Responsibilities

• Apply approved chattel valuation practices to produce credible value conclusions
• Perform chattel appraisals and studies, and support client appraisal needs
• Inspect assets and document characteristics per credit department guidelines
• Conduct market surveys and collect sales data to support appraisals
• Complete continuing education course design and mentor Associate Evaluators
