🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners
• Assess, document, and investigate reported customer issues
• Formulate and communicate resolution plans
• Gather necessary information and resources for case resolution

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience as a technical support agent
• In-depth knowledge of IT and system administration
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of networking and data encryption
