Description

You will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer, driving cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence across the Customer Success organization. Your work will focus on customer health, AI initiatives, and customer engagement, with high visibility to enterprise-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead post-sales transformation programs focused on customer health, engagement, and AI
  • Act as thought partner to CCO and CS leadership on strategic priorities and business performance
  • Own planning and internal business operations for top management initiatives
  • Lead key rhythm of the business processes (leadership meetings, QBRs, off-sites, etc.)
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and align metrics, reporting, and progress on customer health initiatives
