You'll support Finnish and English-speaking merchants across phone, chat, and email, resolving technical and account-related issues. You'll spot patterns in recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and reduce merchant friction. - Support merchants via phone, chat, and email
- Investigate root causes of technical and account issues
- Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant inquiries
๐ Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer support or service environment
- Troubleshooting mindset โ comfortable digging into issues
- Attention to detail with sensitive merchant information
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or payments support
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk
