🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily tasks like invoicing or claims treatment
• Monitor volumes, efficiency, and SLAs for operations
• Supervise partnerships and ensure business continuity
• Perform quality controls and identify training needs

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (and possibly French)
• Previous experience in an operations or administrative role
• Comfortable with data analysis and spreadsheet tools
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
