You will lead the development and initial delivery of a 7-8 week Agentic AI course for Fortune 1000 professionals. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and Springboard leadership to design curriculum, produce content, and manage the course launch, ensuring a top-tier learner experience.

Requirements

• Highly entrepreneurial with founder experience as a plus
• Experience in content development or learning experience design
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Deep empathy for learners and obsession with adult learning
• Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis of Agentic AI courses to identify gaps and opportunities
• Define course structure, learning objectives, and capstone project in collaboration with SMEs
• Produce and edit lecture content from 5-8 subject matter experts
• Manage instructor contracts, scheduling, and timelines for on-time launch
• Moderate the first course iteration and gather feedback for improvements
