💼 About This Role

You'll shape tem's company narrative and position us as a category leader in energy. You'll partner with the Chief Growth Officer to align leadership intent with external perception. You'll also manage crisis and issues, build comms readiness, and design simple operating systems for strategic communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver tem's company-level narrative across media, policy, and commercial moments.
• Act as strategic communications partner to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Lead major corporate communications like annual reports and regulatory updates.
• Triage and steer public affairs topics with PR and government partners.
• Build comms readiness via message frameworks and spokesperson alignment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in strategic communications or corporate affairs in fast-growing or regulated environments.
• Strong judgement and comfort operating close to senior leadership.
• Experience navigating complex issues management scenarios.
• High writing bar across senior narrative, statements, and long-form materials.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or other trust- and regulation-heavy categories.
• Experience working with global communications advisory / PR agencies.
• Familiarity with energy markets, infrastructure, or policy environments.
