Description

Gain hands-on clinical experience as a student in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy. You will work side-by-side with a Clinical Instructor treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient or senior therapy setting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistance, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
• Must be enrolled and attending school

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with conditions such as arthritis, chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, vestibular and balance disorders, and women's health
• Work with geriatric population in assisted living and memory care locations on activities of daily living, fall prevention, functional mobility, and movement disorders
• Learn and apply clinical skills under supervision of a Clinical Instructor
• Engage with patients and immerse yourself in practical aspects of therapy
