Description

You will own the global clinical development strategy and execution for a late-stage oncology program, leading pivotal studies, regulatory engagement, and long-range planning. As the senior clinical authority, you will integrate scientific, regulatory, and commercial considerations while driving cross-functional teams and representing the program internally and externally.

Requirements

• Experienced oncology drug-development leader
• Deep expertise in pancreatic and colorectal cancers
• Senior clinical leadership in matrixed organization
• Ability to drive strategic decision-making and risk assessment
• Experience with global health authority interactions

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global clinical development strategy for assigned program
• Develop and maintain Target Product Profile and Clinical Development Plan
• Accountable for design, execution, and delivery of pivotal Phase 2/3 studies
• Guide regulatory briefing materials and represent program with health authorities
• Lead cross-functional Global Development Team in partnership with PTL or LCL
