💼 About This Role

You'll join CIM Group as a Leasing Consultant, driving leasing and resident relations for multi-family residential properties. You'll guide prospects through tours, applications, and move-ins while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is based onsite in Alexandria, VA, and is part of a talent pool for future openings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and qualify prospective residents via phone and in-person visits.
• Inspect models and market-ready apartments, and communicate service needs.
• Guide prospects through leasing process, applications, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain resident files and assist with renewals and community events.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or two years leasing experience with multi-family properties preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Yardi/OneSite experience highly desired.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
