Requirements
- Top-quartile performance in B2B Account Management, Customer Success or Sales role
- Experience managing renewals or expansions with a quota
- People management or mentoring experience preferred
- Comfortable with Salesforce and call intelligence platforms like Gong
- Able to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Responsibilities
- Identify coaching opportunities using churn performance and client engagement data
- Help managers apply Value‑Based Selling frameworks
- Coach managers on providing sharp, repeatable feedback
- Build simple cadences like scorecards and lab sessions
- Support onboarding alignment with Enablement and Revenue Onboarding
