Requirements

  • Top-quartile performance in B2B Account Management, Customer Success or Sales role
  • Experience managing renewals or expansions with a quota
  • People management or mentoring experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and call intelligence platforms like Gong
  • Able to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Identify coaching opportunities using churn performance and client engagement data
  • Help managers apply Value‑Based Selling frameworks
  • Coach managers on providing sharp, repeatable feedback
  • Build simple cadences like scorecards and lab sessions
  • Support onboarding alignment with Enablement and Revenue Onboarding
