💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end client acquisition for a fast-growing autism care platform, building scalable systems that drive families from awareness to scheduled therapy. Your core impact is creating predictable, repeatable demand that scales across markets. This is a high-feedback, high-accountability builder role starting as a contract with path to full-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and validate 1-2 repeatable acquisition channels
• Design and run acquisition loops across SEO, paid, and referral channels
• Optimize conversion surfaces like landing pages, forms, and messaging
• Define and drive growth metrics: CPA, conversion rates, time to start

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years hands-on growth marketing experience in digital healthcare
• Proven track record of owning acquisition channels end-to-end
• Experience building funnel-based acquisition systems, not just campaigns
• Data-driven with ability to define and improve growth metrics
