You'll own the design and execution of Imprint's end-to-end marketing workflow, ensuring campaigns move efficiently from intake to launch. You'll drive process optimization and cross-functional accountability across Marketing, Creative, and Go-to-Market teams. This role offers the chance to shape operations at a fast-growing fintech redefining co-branded credit cards.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows
- Build and enforce SLAs, work-back schedules, and Gantt charts
- Drive intake, scoping, and planning rhythms cross-functionally
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and measure SLA adherence
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years of marketing program management or operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize end-to-end workflows in high-volume environments
- Strong project management skills with work-back plans and SLAs
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for project tracking and capacity planning
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech or high-volume e-commerce marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
- Experience working with creative teams and lifecycle marketing
