You'll own the design and execution of Imprint's end-to-end marketing workflow, ensuring campaigns move efficiently from intake to launch. You'll drive process optimization and cross-functional accountability across Marketing, Creative, and Go-to-Market teams. This role offers the chance to shape operations at a fast-growing fintech redefining co-branded credit cards.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows
  • Build and enforce SLAs, work-back schedules, and Gantt charts
  • Drive intake, scoping, and planning rhythms cross-functionally
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and measure SLA adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of marketing program management or operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize end-to-end workflows in high-volume environments
  • Strong project management skills with work-back plans and SLAs
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets for project tracking and capacity planning

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech or high-volume e-commerce marketing
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Experience working with creative teams and lifecycle marketing
