💼 About This Role

You'll provide telehealth psychiatric care to older adults as part of a supportive, clinician-led practice that removes admin work. You'll partner with RN Advocates and care coordinators to guide patients through complex medical and behavioral health journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide telehealth H&P, risk/capacity, and diagnostic assessments for Medicare patients
• Prescribe and adjust medications; collaborate with therapists for medication management
• Join case rounds with RN Advocates and care coordinators to address barriers
• Complete timely notes using AI-powered scribe and streamlined workflows

📋 Requirements

• MD or DO with residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care
• Active IMLC Compact license in good standing
• 3+ years post-residency experience
• Comfortable practicing via telehealth and collaborating across remote teams

✨ Nice to Have

• TX and/or FL licensure strongly preferred
• Experience with older adults is a plus
