You'll lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally, partnering with founders and engineering leaders to attract high-caliber talent. You'll source and engage candidates across backend, mobile, desktop, and infrastructure teams. - Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally
- Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple markets
- Partner closely with hiring managers and founders on hiring strategy
- Assess candidate quality through career progression and technical depth
- Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes

- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets
- Good understanding of engineering roles and technical stacks
- Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and brand names
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
