🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day culinary operations for assigned outlet
  • Supervise, train, and develop kitchen team members
  • Collaborate on menu planning, costing, and product sourcing
  • Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and waste reduction

📋 Requirements

  • Culinary degree required
  • 5+ years of culinary experience including supervisory role
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
