🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day culinary operations for assigned outlet
- Supervise, train, and develop kitchen team members
- Collaborate on menu planning, costing, and product sourcing
- Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and waste reduction
📋 Requirements
- Culinary degree required
- 5+ years of culinary experience including supervisory role
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
