• Triage and qualify technical issues as liaison between Support and Engineering.
• Perform QA validation on product releases to confirm functionality requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis and root cause investigations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role involving technical triage and QA.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Experience with data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML.
