  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic healthcare clients post-sale
  • Lead onboarding and implementation strategies for scalable client launches
  • Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews to communicate outcomes
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of customer success/account management experience in healthcare
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise healthcare accounts
  • Strong experience with health plans, PBMs, or employer groups
