You will develop and govern AirTrunk's Safety Training Framework (Safety Academy), ensuring all employees across the Asia Pacific region are trained and compliant with ISO, legal, and customer requirements. You'll own the Training Needs Assessment matrix and collaborate with regional teams to continuously improve safety training.

Responsibilities

Develop, govern and continuously improve the Safety Training Framework (Safety Academy)
Own the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) matrix
Ensure all AirTrunkers are trained and compliant with ISO, legal and customer requirements
Work closely with teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region
