💼 About This Role

You'll join Oscar's Corporate Counsel team as a strategic partner to the Procurement team, negotiating all vendor contracts for the company. You'll have direct impact on key operational agreements and help implement AI tools into contract workflows. This role offers a chance to shape processes at a healthcare technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate complex health insurance agreements (pharmacy benefit, utilization management)
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (software licenses, MSAs, NDAs, BAAs)
• Provide strategic legal advice to Procurement and business partners
• Improve vendor contracting processes and implement AI tools

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school and 10+ years relevant experience
• Experience as a contracting attorney in healthcare industry
• Understanding of corporate law and contract drafting
• Experience with contract management systems
