Description

You'll support Bitso's Retail product vertical by providing practical legal guidance for launching and scaling crypto products. You'll draft and negotiate agreements, review product features for regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, terms, and commercial agreements
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of fintech/crypto regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, consumer protection)
• Strong analytical skills to identify legal risks and gaps
• Ability to translate legal concepts into practical guidance

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, terms, and commercial agreements
• Provide legal support to Retail product teams on product features and documentation
• Analyze regulatory requirements for fintech/crypto products
• Create and maintain legal templates and user-facing documents
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams
