Description

You will lead the development of a comprehensive brand and partnership strategy, translating business goals into integrated, insight-led plans. You'll act as a strategic lead and creative partner, building key relationships and guiding the creation of culturally relevant campaigns across channels, while using data and performance insights to continuously optimize impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in brand/partnerships/marketing, with 3–5 years leading cross-functional or senior strategic work in a matrix/global environment
  • Strong portfolio/case studies demonstrating end-to-end brand campaigns and measurable partnership outcomes
  • End-to-end project leadership experience
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and optimizations
  • Deep cultural awareness in fashion, lifestyle, design, beauty, and adjacent spaces

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a comprehensive partnership and brand strategy aligned to business goals
  • Lead the integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment across teams, campaigns, and brand activity
  • Build long-term, value-driven relationships as the brand lead; act as a strategic sparring partner
  • Lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across omni, events, and co-branded content
  • Assess market trends, identify emerging threats and opportunities, and deliver insight-driven reporting
