💼 About This Role

You'll build AI features that drive revenue end to end for our Agent Workspace, working directly with customers and shipping to 1,100+ daily users. You'll make foundational technical decisions on agent memory and long-running strategies while mentoring teammates through code reviews.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and iterate on AI features across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python
• Collaborate with customers in Slack channels and on calls
• Make architectural decisions for agent memory and outbound strategies
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• Production experience with AI features and debugging agents
• Willingness to hop on customer calls to validate features
• Based in San Francisco for in-office work 3+ days per week
