💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale data pipelines and infrastructure for Perchwell's real estate listings platform. Your work will integrate millions of property listings and enable rapid onboarding of new MLS data. You'll shape the data engineering team's standards and culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and scale data pipelines integrating property listings from multiple APIs
• Architect automated governance systems for data quality and observability
• Evolve data infrastructure to support rapid MLS onboarding
• Transform raw property data into actionable insights for dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Deep experience in Python, SQL, or Kotlin
• Proven track record of architecting resilient data pipelines with third-party APIs
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud architecture on AWS (S3, SQS, RDS, EMR, Glue, Athena, Lambda)
• Experience with data warehouses: Redshift, Snowflake, ClickHouse, or BigQuery
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or Jenkins
