💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, support daily operations, and meet sales targets at a Hot Topic location in Orlando, FL.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store, as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
