Description

As an Associate Technical Account Manager at Okta, you will serve as a trusted identity coach for customers using the Auth0 platform, helping them achieve their objectives through technical guidance, best practices, and relationship building with stakeholders from developers to executives. You'll monitor customer health, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate to drive adoption and uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in information technology, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
• Experience consuming APIs and HTTP request methods
• Understanding of custom consumer and SaaS apps (web and native)
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Identity Coach, guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices
• Learn customer business, goals, and challenges through the lens of identity
• Build and nurture relationships with technical stakeholders from developers to C-level
• Conduct quarterly executive meetings and ad hoc technical meetings
• Monitor customer health, proactively address risks and escalations
