💼 About This Role

You'll provide primary compliance support for HRT's U.S.-listed options and futures businesses, reporting to the Americas CCO. Your core impact will be guiding trading and tech teams on regulatory requirements and market structure. You'll also develop surveillance reports and compliance trainings to ensure robust oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise algo, trading, and tech teams on options and futures compliance matters.
• Review and approve new business initiatives and products for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in designing and reviewing surveillance reports.
• Develop, maintain, and update Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs).

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of compliance experience at a major U.S. options market making firm.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. options and futures market structure and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements including CAT and Futures Audit Trail.
• Strong familiarity with algorithmic and high-touch trading systems.
