📋 Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in regional marketing management.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, website CMS, Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and marketing automation systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
