💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team in Baton Rouge to maintain and repair pump, power, and HVAC equipment for a company transforming the construction industry. You'll diagnose issues using proprietary technology and work both in the shop and on customer job sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations
• Use technology (laptops, tablets) to create and monitor work orders
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• EPA 608 certification
• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
