You'll partner with engineering leadership, source candidates directly, and manage agency relationships to ensure we hire exceptional engineers quickly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leads to define roles and hiring criteria
• Source candidates using creative strategies for hard-to-reach talent
• Run rigorous interview process assessing skill, drive, and fit
• Own candidate lifecycle from screen to offer and negotiations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience at fast-growing tech companies
• Track record of sourcing and closing engineering hires
• Strong grasp of technical skill sets and how engineering orgs work
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
