You'll act as the quality and reliability lead within a small, senior AI development pod focused on solving novel business and engineering problems. Your core impact is designing test strategies and validation for AI-enabled software and agentic workflows, ensuring production readiness. This role offers the chance to shape quality standards in an AI-first development model at a leading defense technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design test strategies and validation for AI-enabled software and agentic workflows
• Identify failure modes across code, prompts, models, and integrations
• Build automated testing, observability, and operational safeguards
• Support launch readiness, production issue response, and root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, SRE, quality engineering, or related role
• Experience building and operating reliable production software systems
• Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with frontier AI tooling, LLM-enabled applications, or agentic systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing strategies for complex software products
• Experience with infrastructure as code and observability stacks
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
