💼 About This Role
You'll own the performance and development of Rally's SDR team, building systems and coaching cadence that drive consistent pipeline generation. You'll act as the connective tissue between sales leadership and the team, translating goals into daily execution. This is a remote-first role with high ownership and meaningful opportunity to shape outbound scaling.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of SDRs, owning ramp and performance management.
- Build daily operating rhythm including standups, 1:1s, and call coaching.
- Create and maintain structured coaching program for core selling skills.
- Partner with AE leadership to align on pipeline quality and outbound strategy.
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record managing or leading SDRs or BDRs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
- Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup where systems were being built in real time.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with UX research or research tooling.
- Experience at a company that scaled rapidly from a small base.
