💼 About This Role

You'll provide advanced Linux troubleshooting and IT support for Skydio's manufacturing environment, working on complex issues across Linux, identity systems, and network infrastructure. Your work will keep the production floor running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex Linux, macOS, and Windows issues
• Manage user lifecycle in Okta and devices in JumpCloud
• Respond to network problems: wired/wireless, switches, VLANs
• Support hardware lifecycle and manufacturing floor IT needs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical IT support role
• Strong Linux troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+)
• Experience in manufacturing or lab environments
• Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python)
